Big news time. Me and Neocia started collaborating over a shared love of Chicago rapper Serengeti. Geti is my most listened to artist every year on the streams. We’re made up, rubbing eyes in disbelief, to be supporting on all five dates – LONDON / LEEDS / DARLINGTON / NEWCASTLE / EDINBURGH – of the upcoming Serengeti UK tour, alongside our friends Ceiling Demons. Top of the thank you list is Jon for all his skills (Jon mixed it as well as produced the album), positivity and hard work putting this together with me. It’s been a dream collabo. Jon did the artwork too which i love and can feel in my spine, and the lyric-zine and the stickers! I spent as much time just getting enchanted/distracted by all Jon’s basslines, as I did actually writing lyrics. We’ll be back with more records and projects together for sure – watch this space.
